Welcome to the World Agility Forum. The World Agility Forum, taking place from September 22nd to 26th at the Orient Museum, in Lisbon, is an event where it is possible to learn from those who make their companies more agile and do the best for their clients. The event provides a space to exchange knowledge, learning and new practices that have emerged in this last year, exploring agile approaches and strategies to address digital, human and management challenges by learning from success stories. Unlike other conferences, besides talks throughout the event, three of the four days are dedicated entirely to training, networking, recruitment of subject matter experts, certified training, workshops and masterclasses. These activities cover topics related to management, human resources, psychological safety, strategic agility, and operational agility, providing the practical opportunity to adopt improvements that lead to evolutionary change.
