Workforce Investment Solutions is comprised of dedicated professionals committed to meeting the needs of a growing workforce in Macon and DeWitt counties. It is our mission to provide businesses with qualified employees. Workforce Investment Solutions is funded through the Workforce Investment Act. This program provides training to Economically Disadvantaged Youth & Adults, as well as Dislocated Workers. Workforce Investment Solutions also provides services to businesses to better educate their workforce through on-the-job training and incumbent worker training.
