Overview

The Workers' Council is an independent collegiate organisation that represents all staff in the Dow Jones Barcelona Office. We are employees who have been voted for by the rest of the workers in a public election. Our main task is to ensure law compliance within Dow Jones in Barcelona, as well as improving the labor conditions for all employees. Our mandates and duties emanate from the Statute of Workers (ET, art. 63) and the Collective Bargaining Agreement of Catalonia (Convenio Colectivo - Oficinas y Despachos). we are a CC.OO affiliated group.
