Workconsult is a Ukrainian product-based company that develops web solutions for the labor market as well as online-platforms (Learning Management System) that are used to plan, implement and assess specific e-learning practices. Company was founded in 2016 with its headquarters in the city of Poltava, Ukraine. In few years it has grown into a leading EdTech company with more than 80 staff members – highly competent professionals in the field of education, IT and project management. Workconsult is managed by CEO and COO and is divided into several departments, including IT, Online-Platform Development and Customer Service department, each led by an experienced project manager. Company’s co-founder Ralf Bultschnieder is also founder and board member of Jobnet.AG, the market leader for web-based labor market solutions in Germany. The necessity to train and teach the labor force led Workconsult to the development of its own LMS. The online-platform go4more.school has become one of the prominent projects developed and maintained by Workconsult and Jobnet.AG in cooperation with Hueber Verlag, the world-wide leading foreign language publishers for teaching and teaching materials for adults.
