The Woodsworth College Residence Council (WRC) is to serve as an autonomous political advisory body to the Woodsworth College Residence by mandate of that building’s annual residents for the University of Toronto’s Fall/Winter academic session; the WRC will act in the best interests of its constituencies with respect to major residence decisions, and beyond this advocacy and representation role, will further serve to plan, organize, and oversee residence events and institutions with the express aim of building a strong, cohesive community within the building.
