Overview

Womxn Leaders is an ideology or party agnostic organization with a focus to increase female representation in global politics and hence global decision making. Our goal is to have at least 29% female representation in politics across local, state, and national levels by 2029. Womxn Leaders is a Delhi, India based organization presently focused on female representation in the Indian politics via boot camps, community building, capital and talent mobilization. Subsequently, Womxn Leaders aims to expand out from India to other democratic countries to bolster female representation in global politics. Our core belief is that not only Womxn are better political leaders across indicators but removing this representation inequity is the first step of achieving social, economic, and environmental progress.
