What is Women Outdoors? Women Outdoors organises a number of outdoor activities across the UK to inspire women to connect with nature and each other. Taking part in activities together such as hiking, paddleboarding, camping, wild swimming, climbing all bring mental and physical benefits such as: Increasing self esteem Reducing stress, anxiety and depression Improving fitness Bringing joy and fun Bringing connection and belonging Who are Women Outdoors? Women outdoors are a community of friendly and fun loving women of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels based in the UK. We are a group of women creating an environment where you can be your authentic self, make memories and enrich your life with experiences. Experienced or novice it doesn’t matter! You will be welcomed to discover your inner explorer, take on a new challenge and step outside your comfort zone. HOW DO I GET INVOLVED? 1.
