About Our Founders: Natalie Barron and Lori Tabb help ambitious, professional women create change through leadership. They are both Certified ICF PCC coaches who serve emerging leaders, C-suite executives and teams across a variety of industries. Together, they co-founded Women Leading Powerfully which provides leadership experiences that empower women to accelerate their personal and professional leadership. They are passionate about supporting women with the community, courage and conviction to purposely design their legacy. What do our Coaching Programs look like? We offer both group and 1:1 coaching sessions to meet your needs. Our programs cover a variety of business topics such as clarifying your values, sharpening your elevator pitch, connecting to your purpose, stepping into your most authentic self, and strengthening your leadership skills. You’ll connect with a small group of like-minded women and have meaningful conversations around common challenges, barriers to success, long-term goals, and the steps necessary to achieve them.
