Overview

Women in Live Music (WILM) is a European platform and online community for women & minorities working in live music production: Sound Engineers, Tour Managers, Lighting Designers, Riggers, Backliners, Stage Managers, Stagehands and more. To this day, women make up only a small part of the live music industry. We're working towards a more diverse music industry - onstage as well as offstage. No change can be effective without the support and involvement of everybody so we welcome every gender to join us in our efforts.
