The WLU MSA at the Waterloo campus strives to make the life of all Muslim students convenient, productive, and enjoyable. As leaders, our goal is to promote a positive image of Islam and bring together diverse communities through the core principles of Islam. Wilfrid Laurier MSA (Waterloo) plans to do the following: Promote an awareness of Islam on Laurier campus Clarify and educate about the ideas and concepts of Islam Provide a social environment and network for Muslim students Practice active citizenship within communities to make a difference Some events and initiatives that we have held in the past include: Trivia Tuesdays Charity Week Inspiring stories E-Sports Tournament Sister's book club Theological Reflections
