WISEPOWER CO.,LTD is a Korea-based company primarily engaged in the manufacturing of electronic components. The Company produces rechargeable battery packs including inner packs and hard packs, and non-contacting chargers, used for cellular phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), notebook computers, moving picture experts group layer-3 audio (MP3) players and others. The Company is also engaged in light emitting diode (LED) packaging business. The Company was engaged in the provision of plasma display panel (PDP) power supplies, which was spun off on August 18, 2009. On July 28, 2009, the Company completed the merger with CYLUX CO.,LTD, engaged in light emitting diode (LED) business. And Wisepower recently started the Wireless Charger biz.
