The process is simple; we identify a property that aligns with our desired metrics, we put the property under contract and get started with an extensive due diligence program to validate all financials and assumptions. If we're satisfied, we open the opportunity to our investor base (must be Wiseman Capital Investor Club member). We close on the property, begin renovations/value-add plan and get our teams and systems implemented. Distributions are paid on a quarterly basis. Each investment is structured as a unique LLC, with investors owning shares proportional to their monetary investment. This is a tangible asset, free from the volatility of the market, that is ripe with tax benefits.
