Founded in 1968, Wilmington University is a fully accredited, non-profit institution offering over more than 120 career-oriented undergraduate and graduate programs in a wide array of academic fields. Wilmington University is committed to providing convenient and affordable higher education options. Wilmington University has 14 locations in Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland and all students pay the same low, in-state tuition no matter where they reside. Courses begin every eight weeks and are available in traditional face-to-face, hybrid, or 100% online formats. With a student-faculty ratio of 17:1, students receive individual attention from highly qualified professors who are experts and practitioners in their fields. In 2013 Wilmington University made the top spot on a website ranking the most affordable online degree programs at colleges and universities in Delaware.
