Welcome to WIAA! Women In Aviation Association. We are an organization that focuses on empowering women in the aviation industry. Our mission is to break barriers, challenge the status quo and encourage women to pursue a career in aviation. In Affiliation with IPA / International Pilot Academy, TAG and GOSS Magazine we will be bringing together leaders in the aviation industry and building a platform for them to shine. we are WIAA. women who lead, who break barriers, who sit in the pilot’s seat.
