Whitmore HR Consulting are a Career Coaching practice. As a practice they are now coaching an increasing number of neurodivergent clients. Their core objective is coaching their clients to enable them to identify and achieve their career and life goals. They do this by: # Career Coaching – developing a career plan and pathways and putting in place tailored interventions which include: * Job Search including CV and LinkedIn guidance, dealing with recruiters and networking. * Interview coaching - to train and prepare clients for interviews in person and virtually. * Onboarding Coaching – to support clients transitioning to a new role through to 90 days following appointment. # Career Change Coaching – to guide clients who are considering a different direction in the career which may include setting up their business, portfolio and semi retirement. # Access to Work ADHD Coaching – for clients newly diagnosed with ADHD and receive funding through the Access to Work scheme help them build a career plan and pathway, increase their understanding post diagnosis and provides guidance to help them get the right adjustments in the workplace. They use a strengths-based approach to coaching ensuring that clients focus on the benefits their neurodiversity brings to the workplace.
