I started My Lady ADHD as a love letter to all of the Women like me who waited a long time (sometimes 30, 40, 50 years) to get an ADHD Diagnosis - a life-changing epiphany that makes all the sense in the world. My hope is to build a community of Women who are empowered by their ADHD. I love you and I’m right there with you, sister.
