In order to assure efficient project delivery, a principal of the firm is in charge of each phase of each project from beginning to completion. The oversight of each project by a principal brings accountability to the client and provides strong professional and business expertise to the project team. Professional architectural licenses are held by the firms’ principals and project architects in Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, and Wisconsin. They are members of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and hold certification with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). The firm collaborates with other top specialists from supporting disciplines including engineers, historians, archaeologists, architectural conservators, and cost-estimating services as appropriate.
