Welcome to the Women’s Healthcare Executive Network (WHEN) of South Florida! Why WHEN? Why now? WHEN’s efforts and activities offer women employed at all levels within the healthcare industry opportunities to develop a deeper understanding of the challenges and issues that we face in a rapidly changing environment filled with disruptive market forces, evolving customer and patient needs, as well as shifting economic and regulatory foci. Consistent with the changing healthcare environment, WHEN sponsors educational programs and networking events throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties that support its members’ ability to meet the present and future industry challenges towards transformation.
