As Hervey Bay's premium mid-sized 1/2 day boat tour operator, the myriad experiences we offer, and our guests enjoy, are nearly endless. Whether its Whale Watching encounters, visiting K’Gari for a ½ day on an Aussie Beach and BBQ trip, private charters, or an afternoon Sunset Cruise, Whalesong provides ‘experiences’ and not just ‘cruises’. Our team consists of a select few highly trained and experienced staff, who are kind, empathetic, culturally respectful, multilingual (for the increasing International market) and dedicated to customer service. The entire customer journey is carefully monitored to provide an exceptional and holistic customer experience from initial contact to after the cruise is over (regardless of which team member they’re dealing with). Whalesong is active in the community and contributes positively to the region. We respect and acknowledge the local Aboriginal, Butchulla, culture and proudly convey their customs and traditions in the live on-board commentary, especially in regards to K’gari (Fraser Island).
