The Windsor-Essex Ontario Health Team (WEOHT) is comprised of over 45 healthcare organizations, community support services, hospitals, home and community care providers, lived experience partners, and primary care providers providing services in urban and rural settings. The WEOHT values and is committed to working with lived experience partners in their quest for a coordinated healthcare and community support system for all members of Windsor-Essex’s diverse population.
