The Wellsboro Hotel Company owns and operates the 75 room Historic Penn Wells Hotel and its Mary Wells Room restaurant and lounge; the 89 room Penn Wells Lodge with its associated pool and fitness club; the Arcadia Theatre, featuring 4 screens of first run and independent films, and commercial real estate rented by companies such as Sherwin Williams and Pizza Hut. The Company also operates Cafe 1905, which is located in Dunham's Department Store, one of the oldest surviving independent department stores in the United States.
