It is supported by an experienced Client Services team who work closely with each client to ensure the full value and power of Wellness Checkpoint is achieved. Wellness Checkpoint is used by leading multinational corporations, as well as providers of wellness, occupational health, insurance, employee assistance and work/life services, in over 100+ countries. Wellness Checkpoint easily adjusts for cultural preferences and clinical guidelines in the various countries where you do business. It meets international and national standards and complies with all applicable privacy, security and accessibility requirements and regulations. Wellness Checkpoint guides employees through a dynamically tailored, confidential assessment which considers their health in the context of their job and work organization as well as their life outside of work. On completion, an intuitive, interactive Dashboard tells them “here’s where you’re at” and “here’s where you’re headed”, encouraging them to set goals and take action. It allows them to update their profile as they reach their goals and track their progress over time. Personalized personal profile reports summarize and interpret the results of the assessment for each employee, supplemented by employee-specific action reports (“here’s what you should do”) that highlight areas for change and resources available to support change.
