Subscribing to the theory that change starts when personal stories are shared, We Belong is showcasing and amplifying the voices of people of diverse backgrounds across Europe, targetting women specifically. Representation matters and inspires, as well as forces our listeners and their environment to engage in sometimes difficult conversations about how Europe could do better still regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) issues. WeBelong Europe directly contributes to a more tolerant public sphere, as well as enabling minority-groups to actualise their potential. We Belong Europe also runs its own in-house leadership program PowHer. PowHer is a hands-on leadership program designed to empower the next generation of aspiring female leaders. This program helps them gain essential skills and confidence to make a meaningful impact on society. Customized for young women's unique needs and interests, PowHer creates a supportive community that encourages teamwork and provides tools for confident decision-making and creative problem-solving.
