We Buy Homes Cash was founded in 2020 by Blake and Tyson Smith. Blake was a realtor in the Phoenix area and had just started wholesaling. While Tyson had just graduated from the University of Alabama and was determined to build something amazing. They decided to join forces and use Blake’s operating skills and Tyson’s sales skills to wholesale houses full time. They did just under $600k in 2020 and then over $1M in 2021. They realized that in order to reach their goals they’d need to build a team. In May of 2022 We Buy Homes Cash brought in Mitchell Freeland as the Director of Operations to help build a team of A+ players with a desire to win every single day. Now, We Buy Homes Cash is a team of growth minded individuals with a constant drive to improve, grow, and learn. Together, our goal is to help sellers sell unwanted properties and connect investors with assets that can help further their financial goals.
