Overview

On January 5, 2021, the U.S. Department of the Treasury launched the $25 billion Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) established by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021. The ERAP assists households that are unable to pay rent and utilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The federal aid has arrived but needs to be distributed via grantees (counties, municipalities etc), who then need to work with landlords and renters to qualify eligibility and provide relief -- none of these stakeholders have participated or administered a program like this before. We have created a Turnkey Rent Relief solution that counties and state agencies can deploy and enact within a day's time. The solution also comes with a fully loaded contact center with trained case managers for community outreach.
