Swap with your friends or meet someone new. It's free to join and free to use, so if you give as much as you get, it is actually, for real free. If we're going to be the best parents we can be, we also have to be great for ourselves, each other, and our communities. Getting shut in by the guilt and cost of childcare is not an option.
