We are a non-profit community development corporation working to enhance the quality of life in Walnut Hills. Our Vision is a Walnut Hills that is vibrant, safe, healthy, and inclusive for all. We believe a quality place should be accessible to everyone. We have identified six areas of focus. These are: Cultural Programming, Public/Private Development Partnerships, Civic Dialogue, Protection of Historic Assets, Enhanced Social Services, and Enhanced Public Spaces. We believe that physical investment and growth are essential to a vibrant community. We work to ensure this is happening in Walnut Hills through the facilitation of strategic public sector and private sector partnerships. We pride ourselves on cultivating development relationships that further the community’s vision. We believe that a truly livable community needs a diverse and vibrant set of public spaces where neighbors can relax, shop, connect and grow. Whether it be local retail opportunities, transit hubs or parks; we value creating places where people can connect with their neighbors.
