Overview

w2e Technology, LLC is codeveloper and owner of the worldwide rights to the w2e Bio-Reactor waste-to-energy system for the conversion of virtually any organic feedstocks and waste streams into pure green fuels. The w2e process which eliminates and converts more waste, faster, and more profitably than other established processes. w2e Bio-Reactor production lines can be configured to produce a wide variety of high demand, pure green fuels like RNG, Hydrogen, Methanol, Ammonia, etc. The system can also accept a variety of feedstocks, including rubber (waste tires), coal (raw coal & coal suspended in water), and plastic (heavy & colored plastic), as examples. w2e involves no combustion, no ignition, no carbon emissions or toxic wastes. The process is an "exothermic catalytic thermochemical" reaction. A proprietary 600°F sulfuric acid bath is used to engulf, consume, and almost instantaneously vaporize the feedstock (which is completely eliminated). The conversion of the feedstock into vapor yields pure hydrogen (H2) and food grade carbon dioxide (CO2). The H2 and CO2 can be sold as is, or transformed into RNG, Methanol, Ammonia, etc. using common chemistry methods. The company started demonstrating it's hydrogen production capabilities to visitors, vendors and prospects in 2022 at w2e’s offices. In March 2023, the company moved into new executive offices (10K+ sq. ft.) and a new plant (30K+ sq. ft.). Funding is finalizing for the deployment of 2 domestic standalone projects (1 landfill & waste tire / 1 coal processing) and 1 international infrastructure project w/ accompanying R&D to combine three of our technologies (waste to H2/RNG, utility scale green electricity & lofted wind energy) with a potable H2O & agricultural H2O production solution powered by our green electricity solution.
