CLEVR (Cleveland Virtual Reality Community) launched the Cleveland, Ohio Chapter of the VRARA (The Virtual/Augmented Reality Association) in early 2018. The VRARA Cleveland chapter aims to harness the great amount of power and influence within the area to grow the VR and AR industry. The Cleveland Chapter will provide a platform for the VR/AR community to develop deep connections within the industry and establish the Cleveland/Akron metro area as a creative technology hub alongside our fellow midwestern cities. The Cleveland Chapter of the VR/AR Association is your connection to the top global organization for thought leadership and industry access in the immersive space whether your primary concern is rooted in education, business or community. The Cleveland Chapter will bring together educators, content creators, engineers, companies, and consumers to participate in this organization to promote the growth of immersive technology in the Cleveland metro area. The Chapter will foster this growth through regularly scheduled events and collaboration between the technology community and organizations that are interested in learning about the potential of VR and AR.
