Overview

Architectural office VOLUMEN LLC was founded in February 2017 as a continuation of the company Arhitektura i točka LLC working since 2014. The company is continuously growing according to the amount and scale of obtained projects. VOLUMEN offers architectural services for all project phases, from concept design to delivery of detailed executive projects with bills of quantities. As lead designers and members of the European chamber of architects, along with our partner companies, we can deliver complete packages of various architectural scales, including all the necessary engineering project fields, such as: structural, electrical, HVAC and FF, implementing all of the Euro, DIN, ISO and British standards, norms and regulations. During the past year all of our project designs for Austria, Oman, Malaysia and UAE were well received and approved by local authorities. We see our investors as partners rather than clients, for whom we provide preliminary feasibility studies when looking for a location or defining the amount of investment at our own resources. We also take it as our duty to follow each project until the end of construction.
