We are agents for change; Volume was born in 2015 with a clear purpose to affect change in customer experience and responsible design. We saw a gap in the market to bridge in-house design and the external design agency, so we merged these traditionally separate models by pulling together a collective with diverse design and commercial backgrounds. We are a boutique, female led team that share a sense of urgency to create meaningful conversations about a design’s footprint. We strive to ask more questions, learn hard lessons and get involved in our communities to ultimately create more purposeful experiences and products.
