Vital Air Systems was formed with one simple mission, provide comprehensive service to commercial developers and building operators that have VRF HVAC equipment installed at their property. Given the vast differences VRF technology brings, it demands technicians that quite literally dedicate their careers to it, which is exactly what we are delivering to the market, even if that means growing at slower rate to ensure each technician is already or has the desire to become a VRF Service Specialist. Historically, HVAC service divisions are formed as a biproduct of a construction department or manufactures rep firm to support the work or product they are selling, which can be anything from PTAC's to process chillers. Vital Air Systems is very intentionally only providing VRF service, planned maintenance, and special projects to eliminate the conflict and frustration that building operators often experience from other companies who's main focus is not VRF service.
