The CVB mission is: To market and promote Inver Grove Heights to visitors; to maintain and stimulate the community’s economic vitality. At the Inver Grove Heights Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB), we are responsible for facilitating the creation and enhancement of tourism, leisure and business travel, and assist in special events programs to maximize lodging tax revenues. After all, travel and tourism fuels local economic growth, builds a strong tax base and creates jobs that cannot be outsourced, and contributes to the high quality of life our residents enjoy. Beyond the stats, we are passionate about our destination. We believe our city is a diamond in the rough just waiting to be discovered. We are a community of small businesses that help tell the story of our destination. We are a river town, boasting parks and trails, affordable to visit with a perfectly positioned location in the Twin Cities southeastern metro.
