Virtual Bible Study™ founder, John Beck, retired from Ford Motor Company after a 25-year career in Sales and Marketing. Later that year, he founded Virtual Bible Study. ™ Virtual Bible Study ™ is a digital Bible study that leverages today's technology so you can study the Bible anytime, anywhere! It is an interactive study where you can ask questions, share thoughts, and engage in discussions with people from all over the world about the Bible. The idea for Virtual Bible Study ™ came about through a Bible study that John was having with his mother on the book of Psalms. Being far apart, they used technology to connect. They would read one chapter of the Bible each day and then text each other about what they had read. It was through this study that John realized how encouraging and uplifting this type of interactive Bible study could be! That is how the idea for Virtual Bible Study ™ was formed. If the two of them could interact while studying the Bible, despite not being in the same location, why not invite others to join?
