Victoria, British Columbia, Canada is a city surrounded by natural beauty, blessed with a Mediterranean climate, coloured with gardens and home to a lively and affluent population. In September the Victoria International Wine Festival will showcase some of the best international wines. This festival is directed at building the knowledge of the average wine consumer, and demonstrating new wines and acknowledging beloved wine standards to veteran consumers.
