VGYAAN Pharmaceuticals, LLC is a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company concentrated on developing and commercializing clinically critical therapies across a variety of dosage forms and therapeutic categories, including generics and 505(b)(2) drugs. The company was formed as a direct result of long term collaborations with key industry stakeholders from across the value chain. In June 2023, VGYAAN was acquired by RK Pharma Inc. - a vertically integrated, global pharmaceutical company with funding from a global private equity group.
