The company was established in 1944 in a bakery by its founder, Angelo Vergani. The company’s premises have been in Via Oristano, near Vial Monza ever since 1949. Vergani produces “Panettone Milanese” using traditional methods and recipes. They have natural raising processes which is a fundamental staple in the origin of Panettone, and the company works to offer more than just a good product—a piece of history, tradition and culture by focusing on the traditional flavors and fragrances of the original recipes.
