Vencorp Development, Inc. is a private equity firm investing in real estate. We seek to partner with developers who find value-add and off-market investments opportunities with outstanding risk adjusted returns. We favor long-term holds. Since inception we have participated in over $700 million of investments in industries including multi-family, public storage, industrial warehouse and retail shopping centers. Currently, we are looking to expand our portfolio to include senior housing and office.
