Velocita Energy Developments was a dedicated vehicle set-up in combination with Riverstone Holdings to invest in European renewable energy activities. It invested in an onshore wind platform in France - since acquired by Envision Energy - and a renewable energy platform predominantly focused on onshore wind but energy storage in Scotland - since acquired by BayWa r.e.. In 2017 its changed its name to Forsa Energy
