We offer a variety of property and construction services to individual consumers, through to multinational corporations and leading financial institutions. Leigh Chaney founded VALSURV Real Estate Ltd (trading as VALSURV Chartered Surveyors) in October 2014, and assumes the role of managing director having gained several years experience in the property and construction industries across both the residential, and commercial markets throughout Central London, and UK wide. Being a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), a RICS Registered Valuer, and a Construction Project Manager, Leigh is conversant in many aspects of the real estate profession. Leigh's most recent experience has seen him performing residential valuation and survey duties across prime Central London postcodes for a variety of UK financial lending institutions. Leigh's prior project management experience within the construction and development industries have seen him involved with project values in excess of £50million, and programme lengths of several years. He has a variety of contract procurement experience using various methods from traditional lump sum, two-stage tendering, to design and build, within the JCT contract suite. VALSURV are proud to be a Registered Business under the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Leigh had overseen the RICS Business Registration process at VALSURV following its inception, and continues to ensure it delivers high levels of service exceeding its professional obligations.
