Sean M Selters is a Certified Veterans Lending Specialist® (CVLS®), dedicated to helping our Active Military and Veteran communities achieve their lifelong goal achievement, by maximizing their VA Home Loan Benefit. Sean applies the knowledge and techniques learned through becoming a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist® (CMPS®) and Certified Divorce Lending Professional® (CDLP®), to provide wealth building strategies, while investing in Real Estate. Sean also sits on the Board of Directors for the Denver Chapter of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) and the VAREP National Education Committee. Through his commitment to the VAREP Mission, Sean has educated hundreds of Real Estate and Mortgage Lending professionals about the VA Home Loan Benefit, helping to ensure that Active Military and Veterans nationwide get fair treatment while utilizing their VA Home Loan Benefit to purchase property.
