Welcome to Val d'Or Estate & Country Guest House - A taste of Franschhoek. Nestled in the foothills of the Western Cape's magnificent Franschhoek mountains is Val d’Or, is on 10 hectares of winelands. We invite you to feel at home in one of our spacious, individually decorated suites, or one of our self-catering units. Wake to birdsong and linger over a bountiful breakfast. Each suite has its own private patio for your enjoyment, as well as DSTV, a DVD player, wall safe, hair dryer, tea/coffee making facilities, bar fridge, plus under floor heating and air-conditioners to ensure your comfort all year round. A Wi-Fi hot spot is available, for those who still need to keep in contact. But for those who truly need to relax – a cool drink at the pool is the only way to spend an afternoon.
