Overview

Fin 339/439 is a selective course at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. The purpose of the course is to manage two equity portfolios. Decisions made within portfolios are made entirely by students. Class activities include: stock pitches, equity research, and portfolio management. As a class we use professional investment tools Bloomberg and Factset to inform our research. The class is instructed by Professor Brad Dobson. Professor Dobson is an alumnus of UWEC and a CFA.
