Overview

The University of San Diego School of Law's Transactional Law Team consists of second and third year students who compete in various transactional law competitions. The members draft and negotiate complex business transactions, including but not limited to, stock purchase agreements, term sheets, and venture capital financings. The team participates in five competitions per year.
