Overview

The five-year USAID Georgia Human and Institutional Capacity Development Activity (HICD), administered by USAID and implemented by the Kaizen Company, is designed to assist USAID Georgia in addressing its partner organizations’ administrative limitations and performance gaps that impede the effective achievement of all key objectives, including those related to countering malign influence, enhancing citizen-responsive governance and increasing inclusive employment opportunities through increased economic growth. The objective of HICD is to achieve tangible improvements in the human and institutional capacity of USAID’s strategic partner organizations in Georgia. These may include governmental, non-governmental and for-profit entities, professional unions and associations. Human and institutional Capacity Development Activity (HICD), which produced this page is funded by US Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by the Kaizen Company.
