Urban Food Group is co-owned by RL Corp, represented by Yoan Rigart-Lenisa and Aurelien Rigart, and NextStep Studio, represented by Gregory Prudhommeaux. Urban Food Group created Urban Thai in 2011 (opened 2 locations in Shanghai), Urban TukTuk (multiple locations in Shanghai for on-demand delivery) as well other new concepts and co-created the brand new KIN Urban Thai Kitchen in collaboration with The Camel Hospitality Group, to bring a new dynamic to the Urban Thai concept.
