Urbanac Renovation & Architecture is a specialised turnkey business incorporated in Gauteng in 2014 by Rory John Renaud. Our staff and crew bring years of experience, expertise and passion in residential, light commercial building, retail and high-end renovations. OUR VISION IS TO TRANSFORM BUSINESS BY DESIGN Our mission is to provide the highest quality workmanship possible and to provide a unique experience, rather than just a delivery of service. What really sets Urbanac apart from the rest is our very carefully thought out work ethic with specific tools and procedures that we apply in our trade, paving the way to a clean and tidy work environment, minimising damages and breakage. Typical projects are structured with one of the principles as the primary project manager. A working supervisor or foreman is on the job from start to finish and is responsible for the site and all its stipulated regulations, deadlines, staff and contractors. We have worked with our subcontractors for years because our relationships are built on trust, performance and passion.
