We are project managers, well most of us are, and as our careers evolved, we decided it was time to look at our job as a whole instead of looking at it as a single project. The first thing we noticed is that we always started from scratch with every new project. The second thing is that,if a project failed it was most likely because we didn’t assess the risks beforehand or project communications went wrong. And finally, all of us frequently got the same question from colleagues, bosses and management: what on earth do you do? And that was the time the project manager in each and all of us decided it was time to “solve the issues” and we built UPrince.
