We often work in close partnership with the Max Collaborative, which is led by members of the Max Ratner family. We recently completed the Van Aken District, a mixed-use development in Shaker Heights, OH blending urban and suburban lifestyles with retail, restaurants, and other amenities. Situated within the Van Aken District is Upstairs, a collection of generous and contemporary apartments and penthouses. Currently, we are in development on Van Aken Phase II in Shaker Heights, OH; One River North in Denver, CO; and The Broadleaf in Aurora, CO. We also selectively invest with local operating partners on an LP or Co-GP basis.
