UPEACE Centre The Hague (UPH) represents in Europe the University for Peace in Costa Rica, which was created by the United Nations General Assembly. UPH supports peace education and research, promotes the activities of UPEACE Costa Rica in European countries, and helps students from Europe to follow a Masters' study at the University for Peace in Costa Rica.
